About me

I’m Travis! I’ve grown up in Galesburg, Illinois, and would have it no other way. I’ve been a pastor for years serving through Illinois, Ohio, and Washington state. I’ve got a goober dog—Maggie—who is amazing and annoying. She’s adopted, but really it was her who adopted me.

Expertise

So…what do I do?

I work for the Illinois Dept. of Corrections as a prison chaplain facilitating religious services, offering pastoral counsel, and filing a lot of paperwork and meetings.

Some other things

I am a three time graduate of North Park University in Chicago, IL with a BA in music. Soon after, I earned an MA in Christian formation with intercultural studies, and an MDiv from North Park Theological Seminary. I love sports and specific teams–Cubs (MLB), Redwings (NHL), Valkyries (WNBA)–but not as much as some people.
